The presentation of this box set is good: it's a sturdy case that contains 23 slip-cased singles, all designed to be played at 45rpm, of course. The center hole punch on some of them is a little messy, some vinyl bits hang out from a few of them. Clearly, quality control is not a priority; that's unforgivable at this price and I think potential purchasers should have a heads up. Have had a lot of fun playing each single and charting the Fab Four growth in ambition.

The records themselves are well-pressed, and with the exception of a poor quality scan for "We Can Work It Out," the attention to detail on the international sleeves is fantastic.

The sound is comparable with the few original 45's I own minus the surface noise. Great quality product release by Apple!! Mastered from the original single mixes. The exception to this is 1995’s ‘Free As A Bird’, which is the 23rd and final seven-inch included in this package, but becomes a double A-side with 1996’s Real Love. Gorgeous packaging, indifferent quality control of the actual records. I always wanted to have the Beatles singles.

I have most of the original Beatles singles, but after 50 odd years, they are a bit scratched, and almost unplayable. US $35.00. Beatles are the best, but this set lacks quality.

It looks and sounds like a LP. 45's have fat grooves so the music jumps out at you.

Great packaging, let's get ready to flip sides. I don't think this is an essential purchase by any stretch, and it certainly ain't cheap, but it is a fun collectable for the Beatles obsessives (like me)

The sounds quality on the discs is fine.
