Thanks to my lovely wife Mandy, I started practicing yoga! After spending many hours on the water and receiving training, I am so lucky to now fill my summers paddling and teaching SUP yoga classes. This class will begin with 45 minutes of mindful movement, followed by 30 minutes of various guided meditation practices. We had to pull the laundry out of her hands! It was a fun way to move my body in a way that didn’t cause pain. As life gets increasingly hectic, yoga allows space and time to connect with myself and others. Slower, sweeter, softer is my current intention in my yoga practice, on and off the mat. Fresh air and plenty of space to move and breathe together- safely.

Check out our class schedule and try us! In this rejuvenating class, you will experience 20 minutes of gentle movement followed by 40 minutes of guided relaxation in final resting pose. Our teachers will guide you and support you to reach your highest potential.

It gave me a meditative practice and an appreciation for small things done with great intention. This powerful, though not over-powering, flowful Yoga practice has helped me better understand my own self, both on and off my mat.

A rotation of Karma class teachers volunteer their time and all the proceeds benefit a local charity each month! Like so many of us, as I found more professional “success” in my life, I gave myself less and less time to move my body and calm my mind… Before I knew it, I was an overdoing, overstressed, “professional sitter” desperately in need of a change. Not the next breath, or the one that just ended, but the precise breath I am committed to right NOW. Please complete our liability form and bring it with you to your first class.
Yoga is an amazing way to exercise, challenge your physical and mental boundaries, and engage in personal growth for all people, especially children! We LOVE new students. I think the most important gift yoga has given me is a reconnection with my own inner knowing. I am passionate about families, children, mothering, and the sacred journey a woman embarks on to become a mother.
We invite you to become part of our community, regardless of age, ability or experience. I was 24, fresh out of college and reluctantly back in my hometown, La Crosse, Wisconsin. Her smile will light up any room and she embodies this practice we call yoga. I want to make a difference in other people’s lives, and see this as the perfect avenue. Just one.
